Windows 10: why does my new simple volume disappear after restarting the laptop and how can i fix this...

I tried creating others another time but they still disappeared

Unable to create simple volume on new 1TB hard drive

Just got a brand new HP computer with windows 10 Pro (64bit) preinstalled on an SSD. I am now adding a 1TB sata hard drive for storing data files. New HDD is installed as Disk 1 and is seen by Windows 10. I initialized it as an MBR basic disc. When I try to go to the next step of creating a volume, I right click on disk 1 and there is no option available to create a new simple volume. There are other volume options (mirror, raid, etc) but they are all greyed out. Simple is not even listed as an option. I went to DISKPART and using clean command, took it back to the start, then initialized it as a GBT. That didn't make a difference. Now I'm back to MBR again. I also did a List Volume command under DISKPART and confirmed there is no volume on this drive. I'm stuck. How can I get this drive to the point where I can format it and use it?

Creating new simple volume runs windows into an error and restarts

I was creating a new simple volume of an unlocated space from disk management. As I clicked on new simple volume proceeding on to format. My screen turns blue with message windows ran into an error and restarts. BSOD

It happens even while formatting a pendrive. Formatting an unlocated pendrive from this pc only shows a message windows cannot complete the format.

Please help me fixing this issue ASAP. I even cannot format my SSDs

Fixing (\\?\Volume{xxxx}) every start up

I tried following Megahert'z suggestions and it didn't work. I have no idea how to do this stuff unfortunately, so all I can do is follow steps. "When I type format fs=NTFS quick it returns with: There is no volume selected. Please select a volume and try again. It does say Partition 1 is now the selected partition after the previous step." <-- this is what happened. - - - Updated - - - Is there someone I can hire to remote in and just fix the issue? I would be very happy and willing to do that.
