Windows 10: why does my omen 25L pc crash after opening any application for a couple minutes

i have a AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB of ram, AMD Radeon RX 7600, 1TB SSD and after playing fortnite or watching youtube it just crashes and either shows a blue screen or goes black and restarts i just purchased it too.

my hp omen pc crashes when ever i open a game or try opening a program like razer synapse i have some mini dump files that i can provide if it helps

 

HP Omen 25l GT11-XXXXX Keeps crashing

Hey,

My 5months old Omen keeps crashing almost 20+ times a week for the past couple of months now. I have reseated the gpu and memory, checked wires, uninstalled drivers and reinstalled, reinstalled windows fully (Clean install). It also gives me WHEA Event logger 17 errors continously on banks 2,0,0. 2,0,0 is registered to be NVM Express standard-driver on the bus. No errors on the harddrive tho and the connection is solid. Fully working aswell.

When the "crashes" happen, it blacks out my screens with no connection to screens, sounds etc. keep working and going on without any stuttering. After a minute or so the system reboots itself. Sometimes after the reboot if i try to open a game it instantly crashes again.

My guess would be the power supply since it is rated for MAX of 500W and my PC has an RTX 3070 and I7-11700F which combined should take out more power then that excluding all of the motherboard, memory, hdd and peripheral power needed aswell.

Since it is HP, I cannot underclock the cpu or gpu in anyways (since the BIOS is minimal) to lower the power consumption to try ruling the power supply out.

It is in no way overheating at anypoint so that is also not the issue.

Can I get any help on this before i go out and buy a new powersupply because i saw some forum posts where a new power supply did not solve the issue.
