    why does my outlook setup NOT sort my emails in subfolders?


    Attempt to set up a new outlook account and merge my gmail accountall of the emails come into one inbox with no sorting by their subfolder and file namesSame issue with the calendar setup. I have different calendars but they do not sync with the outlook and calendar

    Emails not sync in win10 outlook in subfolders through Rules

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    I've followed that step, but no go 4 me.

    The emails in the Inbox and Sent Items are synced well, but emails in the subfolders* not.

    *subfolders: in the Inbox, I create a folder which is used to receive emails following certain rules.

    Emails not sync in win10 outlook in subfolders through Rules

    Emails in subfolders that are setup for receiving emails through email Rules can not sync in my win10 outlook as well as lumia 650 wp10 outlook. I've tried deleting the exchange account and setup again, but it doesn't work. For other emails in Inbox and
    Sent Box sync well. Can anyone help?

    The screen shot looks like that's where she would CREATE a new group. What is on the "Send/Receive" tab?
