Windows 10: Why does my PC detect my Vizio TV even when it is powered off?

So if I unplug my Vizio TV (P65, 2017 model) and restart my computer it only detects my monitor. If I plug my Vizio TV in it still only detects my monitor. However, once I turn the Vizio TV on my PC detects both the monitor and the TV. After this point I can turn my TV off, unplug it, and no matter what I do it still detects the Vizio TV. There are no manufacturer drivers for the Vizio PC so I am using default Plug N Play. Is there any way to get my computer to not detect the TV when I turn the power off?


I use the TV for my PC gaming.

Vizio TV not detected after Windows 10 upgrade

Windows 7 Pro Laptop, previously used to stream video to 55" Vizio TV, now, will not detect TV after Windows 10 upgrade.

Previously, I could go to edge of screen and expand to cover entire screen. Now, will not expand beyond 39".

 

Viewing pc on vizio tv

I have been able to view my pc on my vizio smart tv thru HDMI cable but lately the sound doesn't work. I would like to view my pc wirelessly. How do I do that with windows 10
