    Hi There Everytime I go to change my sound output settings it brings up the go to seetings drop down or edit quick settings tab automatticly i have tried uninstalling my keyboard and mouse and update the driver but to no avail i have ran msconfig and turned off all none window services this has not helped either everything is up to date any help would be greatly appreciated
