Windows 10: Why does my PC keep freezing/crashing, and keeps having lag spikes

For the past few years, I had an issue where my PC would sometimes crash / freeze out of nowhere, this would usually happen only once per dag at max and I had to hold down the power button to turn the pc off and then on again. The last few days however the crashes are EXTREMELY often, and I have these lag spikes where everything goes slow motion for a few seconds where the audio gets all distorted. This was previously something that happened only sometimes but now it happens almost every 30 seconds and I just don't know what to do anymore. My computer specs are:Windows: 11CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Lag Spikes

I recently got a PC and everything was fine at first but suddenly games started having lag spikes to where it would freeze the game then everything would catch up and I've tried everything different internet, antennas, etc what can I do?

 

CPU Spikes and PC Lag

So my PC is running normally without any lag spikes in Videos, Games, and everything UNTIL I open up World of Warcraft, then the lag spikes return.

Would anyone have a clue about what causes this ?

 

Hello. My Pc screen sometimes works then turns off, then the whole PC crashes, or the screen freezes and keeps displaying a thing but the pc crashes. Help me.

Sometimes on startup, the PC screen displays NOTHING at all, while the rest of the PC is on. Or it gets random lag spikes, etc. Most of the time it runs smoothly, with no lag or FPS drop all of a sudden, but sometimes the screen freezes and just the screen, the PC crashes but the screen freezes, the screen turns off and displays black then after a few seconds the whole PC crashes, stuff like that. Today the PC screen doesn't work, then it worked for a few minutes, then it crashed again. None of my other devices do that. Keep in mind the PC is rather high-end, the graphics card is also very good. I have ZERO ideas of what is going on.
