Windows 10: Why does my pc keep shutting down when i play games

Hello, I have a problem where my pc shuts down when I play any game for more than a few mins, sometimes even instantly. the only game I can play are small Roblox games with graphics set to minimum and even sometimes it shuts down. I turned task manager and realized that it was my CPU working at 100% all the time and my GPU working at only 40% or less. I have a PSU of 500 WMy specs are :And my GPU is a :I do not know what is the problem but here, i cant even export a project from capcut

• On which website are you trying to play the game? What is the title of the game?
• Have you tried using other browsers like Edge?
• What error message are you getting?
• Can you provide more details on the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
• Are you experiencing that same thing using other PCs?

It wouldn't play any games at all, just shut down my PC each time. I checked the CPU temp on a high demanding game, highest temp was 136 f which is ok.

Solved the problem, my PC was plugged into a backup power supply unit so on a hunch I plugged it into a separate outlet directly. Ericka, most have had a power drop from the UPS unit to my PS which caused it to shut down on high demand, so I'll have to replace
it. Lucky because I'd still be trying to fix it

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

Steps: Try to run the program in compatibility mode:

  Right click on the game icon through which you launch the game.

  Click on compatibility tab.

  Check the box, run this program in compatibility mode and select the previous operating system.

  Click on apply and then ok.
