Windows 10: Why does my PC keeps freezing?

I just bought a new PC. Those are the specsrocessor: i7-3770motherboard: intel corporation b75gpu: AMD radeon rx 580 2048SP polaris 20 8gbram: 16gb ssd: 512gb It runs normally however, after some time using it just freezes. I can still see everything and close windows using the arrow but can't see taskbar or go back to the windows or lock or shut it down. I need then to force shut on the button so it can turn on and be normal again. Why is this so? What can I do to solve it?

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
