Windows 10: Why does my PC not meet Windows 11 requirements

I have a PC that is an i&-*** Email address is removed for privacy *** with 32Gig of RAM - yet it fails the Windows 11 test. This PC is much faster and more powerful than my laptop that has already loaded up Windows 11. Can anyone tell me why since the Windows assistant doesn't. Appreciate any help.

Windows 11 not meeting requirements.

I ran the pc health check and received that my pc meets requirement for windows 11 although in the check & update section it is still saying my pc doesn't meet requirements?

 

"This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements"

Ian, that's why the very first step I gave was to suggest running the PC Health Check. This is because in a meeting with developers before Windows 11 was released they told us the ultimate authority on compatibility is that tool, and that you can go ahead and install using ISO or media if it passes your hardware because Windows Updates and Installation Assistant may take awhile to catch up but Health Check is always real time.

Windows 11 install requirements

On health test says my pc not meet requirements for windows 11 install due to processor. It is i3-6006u, under the list of approved processors it is listed.
