Windows 10: why does my pc overheat so much

I dont have that box thingy for my pc i use a all in one pcit overheats really quickly and i dont know if i can turn it off so it wont shut my pc off when it does itand how do i make it stop overheatting so much when i play certain games, well mostly games that are high quallity make it overheat the most

You have steps listed....try to find a another pc to try...try to reset the bios and see if that for some reason would help. But yes, try putting it back in. If not, id say rma time.

With these three steps, the problems of RAM and CPU consumption in Windows 10 should be resolved.
