Windows 10: Why does my PC randomly restart? Live Kernel Event 1b8 and 1a8

Recently my PC has been randomly restarting. The timing of this occurence varies and mostly happens when computer is idle although it has happened when gaming too I've checked the reliability monitor and it shows two Windows hardware errors happen before the "The previous system shutdown at 10:14:26 on ‎03/‎12/‎2024 was unexpected" message. LIVE KERNEL EVENT 1a8 and 1b8

i was playing free fire in my pc and suddenly my pc started to lag when i went to reliability history to check whats the issue i found out that it was live kernel event code 1a8 and 1b8

my pc specs-

os - windows 11 pro

cpu - intel core i5 10th gen

ram - 8gb

ssd- 256gb

gpu - intel uhd graphics.

pls help me with this issue as soon as possible
