Windows 10: Why does my PC shut off and not stay on?

My PC was going to sleep over and over. I was online with tech support and the problem seemed to be solved. Unfortunately when I tried to boot up my PC today everything just shut down! My small form PC is running Windows 11 recent upgrade and I didn't have these issues with Windows 10! Thanks!P.S. I was able to chat with tech support yesterday but I cannot find the link today. Can anyone provide this info?Thank You!

USB ports stay powered after shut down

DISM:

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Monitor shuts down but PC stays on

For about a week now my monitor will shut down, but the PC stays on. The only thing I can do is hard shut down. I do not get a blue screen but there is a minidump file when it happens. Please advise.
