Windows 10: Why does my PC slow down when playing music?

Why does my PC slow down when playing music, especially loud? I have a robust 4k compatable video system for my video production. When I play/run Pandora and play music, especially loud, my computer slows down when running Photoshop or Premier Pro but not when Pandora is not playing or running. Why? • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Groove Music Unable to Play Music

We'll try a different approach, we suggest that you reinstall Groove Music and see if it has the same issue. Follow the steps below on how to remove and reinstall Groove Music:

• Open Start menu, search for "PowerShell"
• Right-click the PowerShell shortcut and select "Run as administrator". Agree to the UAC prompt.
• Type/Copy paste Get-AppxPackage *zunemusic* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Once that Groove Music has been uninstalled, launch Windows 10 Store.
• Type/Search for Groove Music and install.

yes I'm able to chat with Cortana.

• Is this only happening to specific commands like what you mentioned?

my command is for playing music, so its happening with this command, rest were working fine, till what I've experienced. when i'm giving the command to play music, it's opening a bing search in the browser for that and not directly playing music even from
groove.

I've followed all the steps mentioned above, cleared my device history as told but it didn't help.

please help me in other ways possible, i'll try whatever you say,
