    Do not have option to print in color only monochrome

    Since January 2020 I have found that I cannot print in color only monochrome. Have done printer test and that is ok Any suggestions

    Every time a try to print a color Pictures files on my Win 10 Lenovo Laptop with my HP Officejet 3830 printer it prints out monochrome.

    Every time a try to print a color Pictures files on my Win 10 Lenovo Laptop with my HP Officejet 3830 printer it prints out monochrome. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer twice and that does not fix it. I have tried to change monochrome to color
    but it just defaults back to monochrome. What do I need to do ?
