Windows 10: Why does my reliability monitor history show SearchApp.exe stopped working?

Hello everyone i have a question regarding the Search App.When i go in my reliability monitor it shows 2 crashes,one happened yesterday and one happened today,but the weird part is that the crashes happened at a time where i didnt even use the search app or did any searching in windows,i know that i watched something on youtube when that occured.The error is as follows:The program SearchApp.exe version 10.0.19041.1889 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. Reliability Monitor stopped working in Windows 10

We understand your concern, as the reliability monitor in Windows 10 stopped working. We appreciate your effort to provide us a detail information on the issue and the troubleshooting steps performed.



As you have already tried running sfc /scannow and dism. exe scanhealth with no faults in either case. However, the best option to fix the issue will be performing a repair installation. A repair installation will update the computer
to latest version and repair all the corrupted files.



Refer the steps mentioned below:



Download the
Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) and use it to perform a repair installation of Windows 10. We have
a video that can show you how if you aren’t sure
