Windows 10: Why does my screen flicker when i screen record Roblox?

I've been trying to screen record Roblox with an online website and I don't know why but, it flickers white like the entire time. I think it has to the CPU timing, there were time the CPU timing had to do with the flickering. There would be times where it would spike up to about 33ms and cause a spike, and it'll do the same thing like 2-3 other times and nothing would happen. Its a bit complicated to explain, but those are the best words I could put in to describe it. Roblox is the only window it flickers on. I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
