Windows 10: Why does my screen go black and restart my computer?

I recently got a computer earlier this year and it has been fine. But recently, whenever I'm playing games, the screen will randomly freeze and go black, it'll then go blue and say 'MSI-please wait' and then the computer will restart.I'll say right now that I'm not a computer expert, my PC was built for me. But is there anything I can do to find the problem, fix it, and prevent it from happening again?

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
