    BLACK SCREEN AFTER PLUG IN THE CHARGER, HP LAPTOP

    hi all just need some help i've just upgraded to windows 10 and everytime i plug my charger in the screen goes black, how do i fix this??? i checked my power settings and it is not in the settings there am i missing something. I have an HP laptop. thanks

    screen goes black when hp laptop plugged into mains charger. windows 10

    since upgrading to windows 10 on my HP laptop, the screen goes black when it is plugged into the mains adaptor charger. the problem stops when it's removed but obviously not very convenient when trying to work and it needs charging. please help, thank
