Windows 10: Why does my screen have this giant internet logo that I can’t get rid of?

I cant get this giant white box to go away and it stays on top of all my other windows.

a pop up asking if I want to stay on the page or leave it appears. How do I get rid of it?

If your using Internet Explorer then I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Open internet Explorer.
  
• 
  Press Alt + T + O + T.
  
• 
  Uncheck the option “Warn me when closing multiple tabs”.

I suggest you to run the 'Internet Explorer Performance' troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type 'Troubleshooting' in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All on the top left pane.
• Click on Internet Explorer Performance and follow the on screen prompts for troubleshooting.
