Sometimes my screen will flicker occasionally. I've explained the rest through the title. Also,I've made some examples. And the darker screen example looks exactly like it.

Screen flickering can be caused by hardware or application issue.

• Is the issue only happening in Safe Mode?
• Have you made any changes on your device prior to the issue?

Screen flickering lines on darker colors

From few days now I started to notice some flickering lines that are not so much noticeable, and they are only noticeable on darker color fonts, also sometimes the flickering is completely gone but sometimes it shows up again, do you think it's my PC or Monitor? Cuz When I had an older PC connected to the same Monitor I never had such flickering issue. The current PC is just a month old using windows 8.1 x64, and I do have installed the latest Display driver. The GPU I am using is the one from A8-6600k APU. Could it be that my monitor is using PWM (pulse-width modulation)?
