Windows 10: why does my screen randomly freeze then my pc restarts automatically.

error codes: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffba88b517e010, 0xfffff8037bbd8b40, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidumps\060424-13718-01.dmp. Report Id: 98f30207-5812-4d8b-962e-ffc70f29684b. the error has something to do with a dump file it says : Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D02: 9NMPJ99VJBWV-Microsoft.YourPhone. and Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC000007B. ive been having on and off problems since i built is, could it be a faulty

PC Randomly freezes and restart

Hello

I have Mini PC from Zotac modelmagnus en1060k) it randomly freezes and restart

Troubleshooting I have done:

• Memory test was ok
  
• Reinstall windows 10

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.
