Windows 10: Why does my snipping tool recorded video have no sound? Can I still recover the said...

Good day! I recently recorded a lecture class using the snipping tool for videos. I used the same screen recording method on a recent class and it worked well. However, this time, no audio was recorded throughout the whole video. What could be the reason for this in order for me to avoid doing it the next time? For context, there are some things I did which might have affected the audio recording and I just want to know if such case is really the reason: first, I had two windows opened during the recording on split screen, one is the meeting and the other is a jamboard; second, I started the r

Record video with Snipping Tool and audio with Sound Recorder or Audacity. Then play them back together. Good as a temporary solution.

Just a little awkward to sync the audio and video.

Rondance, thank you for the effort. Unfortunately, it requires a special talent which is beyond this operator to keep the audio and video in sync. Fortunately, I was able to find a free app, ShareX, which produces excellent results and is relatively easy to use. Thanks again for your help.
