Windows 10: Why does my SSD work smoothly on my PC but freezes after a few minutes when installed on...

I installed an SSD on my PC Mobo Asrock h310 CM and it worked smoothly without any issues. However, when I tried installing it on another computer HP 280 G2 MT, it initially booted up fine and entered Windows, but after 1-2 minutes, Windows froze. I tried force restarting and reinstalling the SSD, but the issue persisted. However, when I put it back into my own PC, the SSD worked smoothly again without any issues. Where could the problem be?

SSD not working for a minute every 5 minutes

I'm having this problem since the last 2 months but today has been more frequent than ever.

The SSD stops working every few minutes for about a minute and all applications freeze till the SSD comes back and even sometimes I get a blue screen of death with the message CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I thought this was an operating system problem, so I re-installed
windows 10 with no success. Sometimes the OS wont even boot and I'm sent directly to the BIOS.

One thing I've noticed is that when I'm working remotely (Remote Desktop app, connected from office to home computer), the problem disappears. When I arrive home to keep working directly in the computer, problem comes back.

Any suggests?

 

SSD stops and freezes laptop

Couple of updates:

1. I created a Linux boot USB key, and monitored my SSD under Linux, so this is evidently not a Windows issue, and
2. I loaded new firmware for the SSD, and my system seems to be functioning normally now. What a pleasure using a PC that doesn't consistently freeze up.

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
