Windows 10: Why does my wifi and Bluetooth cards keep disappearing on my hp stream computer?

I’ve had my computer for about a year and recently, last month I ended up dropping it on the floor and the top right cracked and eventually fell off. A little while ago my Bluetooth would randomly turn off and the icon and the card for it would go away. It always came back by itself but ever since yesterday it’s been happening to my wifi card too. I’ve tried restarting, shutting it down, fixing the part that fell off, uninstalling updates, doing a system restore, trying to reinstall my drivers, basically everything I could find on the internet and nothing has worked. I need help.

Streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi


Having upgraded form 8.1 to Windows 10 I now find that streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi. It does this every time within a few minuets. (Bluetooth and Adapter drivers are up to date.) I have changed the virgin super hub from channel 1 to 12 but problem remains)
Any suggestions?

HP Stream 11 Issues

Yeah CloudREADY is built-off the Chrome-OS without the Playstore but *Maybe in the Future. CloudREADY is a great OS for older Laptops which I've bought the Dell Latitude 2120, ACER ASPIRE ONE D250 and the HP Stream 11. All worked and I've replaced the WiFi-Card with the Intel 3160HMW Wifi Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless-AC

 

Bad Realtek wifi hardware/card on Win 10 HP, full rebuild necessary?

Should I use this?
Create a bootable USB stick on Windows | Ubuntu

I have gone through a variety of troubleshooting steps, tests, diagnostics, etc both myself from tutorials and twice with HP techs on chat with remote access. Hours. Way more than I can list.
