Windows 10: why does my windows 11 keep shutting off by itself?

1. My windows 11 keeps turning off.2. If desktop goes to sleep, I get NOTHING when I go to wake it up. I then have to force a restart and it tells me it shut down improperly.3. I have been messing with display setting and having problems with it following my choices. I4. I erased some Norton files the other day, but the sleep issue was happening before that...just not the turning off spontaneously without the normal process. I know it's a lot, but I could really you an experienced tech who is determined to help me get this fixed right. I a

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
