Yes, I did. The keyboard is a Coolermaster Quickfire TK. It has been working with Windows 10 apart from the OS forgetting things. Today is the first day I cannot switch to the US keyboard.

Windows simply forgets, and does so on a regular basis.

I have pressed control-shift as you advised but nothing happens. I haven’t changed any default keyboard settings. What I do know is that it claims the US keyboard is enabled, but in practice I am getting the UK keyboard. It looks like I have to reboot.

The Microsoft boffins really need to work on making their operating system less forgetful. Each time I load Windows 10 (and I go through the full boot), it behaves differently, and I cannot see any reason it would do so.
