Windows 10: Why does my windows not boot up and is stuck in loop

I updated my computer last night before bed but noticed it was taking a while to shutdown after so I pressed the power button and it shut off and I thought nothing of it but when I woke up the next day and turned it on the display won’t come on and it’s stuck in a boot loop I can’t get it to enter safe mode or auto repair either I’ve tried everything from removing to cmos battery removing cpu and ssd and graphics card and it still does the same thing all it does it’s the light will come on like it’s going to boot up then turn off then right back off again like it’s trying to repair itself but
