Windows 10: Why does offer to show me my xbox stats appear every time I start my laptop! I've never...

Xbox "stats" box appears every time I wake or start my laptop. I have never used Xbox ever. I have removed everything I could find related to Xbox and it's still happening. It's annoying and I want it to go away!!! If anyone has this figured out, I'd sure like to know the process. Thanks.

Drive performance stats not showing?

On one of my older laptops running Windows 7, I have not been able to get disk performance stats through Resource Monitor or any other apps in quite some time. Whenever this happened in the past, I would usually just employ the following two troubleshooting steps, and it would fix it, but neither of them have been working recently anymore.

1. I would type "diskperf -y" at the command prompt, reboot, and this would fix it.
   
2. Alternatively, I would go into Regedit and go to the subkey "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Perfdisk\Performance", and set a value of zero (0) to "Disable Performance Counters". Reboot, and fixed.
   

Neither of these are working for me anymore. What else can I do?

 

Applications still showing on Start menu after powershell deletion


Hi,

I've used powershell to remove some apps (like Xbox games).

On one account, it cleaned up the start menu just fine.

Second account, they were showing on the start menu, so I ran powershell again and verified everything was gone that I wanted, but Xbox is still showing on the menu list. *Not* as a tile, but in the "All Apps" list. I have also tried looking at the Start Menu in File Explorer for that User and can not see the App listed.

Suggestions?

Notifications for Xbox current stats?

I need to know how to know current xbox stats and how to get notified when the xbox store is fixed. Need information soon please. Thanks!!
