I shutoff the Internet at night to my computer that has OneDrive running on it. Every other application I have that requires the Internet works just fine when the Internet is re-enabled to this computer in the morning, except for OneDrive. It reports that everything is properly synced and shows no errors, but if I pause OneDrive and then immediately unpause it, or restart OneDrive, it begins syncing again. For some reason, it cannot reconnect to the Internet on its own without user intervention, and there's been times when it hasn't synced anything for days before I notice and restart it. Can

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
