    Why does only 1 of 2 LG 34WP65C monitors connected through a Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock display the incorrect resolution 1920 x 1080? The other monitor has the correct resolution of 3440 x 1440. This has only been happening for the last 4 weeks. New 8K HDMI cables have been connected, drivers checked, system restarted. Tried downloading the latest LG driver, but get an error message stating that the monitor is not LG Manufactured.

    Upgrading from Surface Dock 1 to Surface Doc2 with a new Surface Pro 9

    I purchased a Surface Pro 9 to replace my surface laptop2. I have two 34" LG monitors connected through the display ports to Surface Dock 1 work fine. I purchased a Surface Dock 2 and connected it with USB-c to HDMI input on both monitors. Both monitors flash on and off. Why?

    After Windows 11 update monitors connected through Thunderbolt 4 hub are not recognized by PC.

    Hello, thank you in advance for the possible solutions.

    I am running Razer Blade 15 2021 with i9-11900H, which has 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports. I have Razer's Thunderbolt 4 dock connected to one of the ports. Then, 1 monitor, mouse & keyboard are connected to the dock. This setup worked on Windows 10, but doesn't seem to work on Windows 11 due to an unknown issue. Monitors are not recognized by Windows 11, while TB4 dock and other peripherals are. I have attempted to reinstall drivers and ensured that Thunderbolt Control Center recognizes the Razer's dock. When the monitor is plugged directly into the TB4 port, it works flawlessly. Also, I checked, and both TB4 ports have the same issue on Windows 11, while they both worked on Windows 10.
