Windows 10: Why does PC ask for an Admin password that no one knows about? How do we fix this?

Why does PC ask for an Admin password that no one knows about? How do we fix this? How do we get rid of the Admin password? We don't need it.Also, how do we get rid of the Microsoft password? We don't need it.

Admin password unknown and missing files after upload


Ok, I know these questions have been asked, but I have tried everything I can understand.
Need to be spoken like a noob - step by step please.
Win10 put on my system everything initially fine, then discovered files missing - tried to install a recover program to be frustrated by a prompt to input an admin password with User [USER-PC\USER]
I have tried every password ever used.
I have tried going to cmd prompt
I cant install anything to circumnavigate because I cant get past this dialogue.

To which "this" are you referring?
- If you are following the tutorial Bree suggested in the very first reply to your question then what you need to do at each step is explained in detail. So which step are you at?
- If you are following a different procedure then state what it is and which step you are at. If, for example, you are trying to manually enable the Built-In Admin as suggested in post #11 then that account has no password.
