Windows 10: Why does Phone Link disconnect when I lock my PC?

I know Phone Link connection is not needed when my screen is locked but I'm getting constant notifications about being connected every time I unlock my PC and this is work PC so I'm constantly locking and unlocking it throughout the day.How can I make my PC connected to my phone at all times when both of them are on? I'm fed up with this because Dynamic Lock also fails when phone is disconnected and it's getting disconnected from bluetooth every time I lock the screen. I tried every possible tip in the internet. I turned off S0 sleep states, hibernation, advanced power saving features yes,

How can I disable the "Link your Phone and PC" notification in Windows 10?

The new "Continue on PC" feature that came with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update also includes a notification that pops up saying "Link your Phone and PC". Answering no or clearing the notification gets rid of it, but after some amount of time and/or a reboot, it continuously comes back.

Presumably, if you actually install the app to link your phone it will stop giving you the notification, and I am also aware that you can completely disable suggestion notifications; however, I do not wish to use the phone link feature and I would prefer not to disable all future suggestions, as I could possibly be interested in one of them. Is there a way to specifically disable a single specific suggestion notification?

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
