Windows 10: Why does Phone Link have messages not on my phone?

This is a bit disturbing! I see some messages on Phone Link that are not on my phone. They are also appear to be messages that I never received on my phone, although I don't think there is a way for me to confirm that in a absolute way. My concern is that someone is trying to scam me by exploiting a Phone Link security vulnerability. I see two such messages, and from the title on the message, I suspect it is a scam. Also, I don't see a way for me to delete those messages from the Phone Link app; and since they don't appear on my phone, I can't delete them from there! I also don't see a way

In Phone Link make sure your phone shows Connected. If it is Offline, click on

to try to resync the phone with Phone Link.

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled
