Windows 10: Why does the 24h2 update send my device to bitlocker and then into an endless loop of...

It does not happen on all of the devices, but I has happened on 4 this week. When updating to 24h2 the device will be almost complete on the install then it goes to the bitlocker screen, requesting the bitlocker recovery key. Once entered, the device goes to a blue keyboard setup page. Once setup selected, it then goes to a repair screen. Ive tried all possible fixes through that repair screen and nothing seems to work. Not roll back, not repair, nothing. I end up having to re image the devices. Is there anything that can be done about this so as not to have to re image the devices?

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
