Windows 10: Why does The Fallout 3 new games always crashes on win 11

I have built a new pc 2 weeks ago, every game runs just fine, except the old ones, I am using win 11 currently. Every driver is up to date. My pc has a radeon rx6800 16gb,ryzen 7 5700g,and 16gb ram with a b550 motherboard. The Fallout 3 goty is from epic and I don't use mods, launch the game and start the new game and then it crashes during the loading. I have tried running it as administrator and in compatibility. I have the game set to the highest graphics settings and to full hdI only have a full hd monitor. Could you give some tips, what to do with this issue?

Fallout 3 on windows 10

Today I got fallout 3 not goty. When I first launched it, it crashed and told me to download games for windows live. After that the game still crashed when trying to start a new game. I've looked up ways to fix this like change the compatibility to windows
xp services pack 3 or windows vista services pack 2 and still my game crashed when I try to start up a new game. I keep getting the same crash every time. I don't know what to do. My pc is a Dell inspiron 15 7000 series with a intel core i7

I suggest you to download the latest version of Fallout New Vegas it would be compatible, if you face any issue then try to install the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below on how to install Game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the Game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the Game install and then check the functionality.

fallout 3

Trying to play fallout 3 on steam. I get this error message " the ordinal 43 could not be located in the dynamic link library c:/windows/system32\xlive.dill."

All research I have done on the matter seems to suggest this is an issue with Games for Windows Live. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing, everything I can find. Please help.
