    Microsoft Windows Store

We appreciate the information you provided. Since you mentioned that you're using Version 1511 Build 10586.962, your operating system is very outdated, which is affecting the performance of Windows Store. We suggest
installing the latest Windows updates by following these steps:

    • Click Start.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Click Update & Security.
    • Click Check for Updates.

The latest build is 14393.1670 for Version 1607, or if your computer supports the Creators Update Version 1703, the latest build is 15063.540.

Let us know if you're able to download and install apps from the Windows Store after installing all the latest updates.
