Windows 10: Why does the program that has always worked stop me?

Good morning, after a window update it happens that the program stops during execution and shows the following message:Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime libraryRuntime error!Program:...esx86\Punch!Home Design - Platinum\P!Proplatinum.exeAbnormal program TerminationCould you tell me how to solve this problem?I have already downloaded and installed the visual C++ updates, but it doesn't change.I tried to make the program work like window 7, but it doesn't change.Before the window update everything worked!Thank youGood dayCarlo Costantino

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Windows 10 When i save as a problem caused the program to stop working correctly

2. What is the make and model of the computer?

Follow the below steps and check if it helps,

I suggest you to uninstall the Display Adapter drivers from Device manager and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Follow the steps for the same.

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Install the latest driver from the manufacturer website.
