Windows 10: Why does the same app, for example Spotify, show me in the task manager 6 times that it is...

for about 6 or more months now I have been struggling with a problem that is causing major performance drops in games and general computer use, the problem is that when I launch an application or game, in the task manager it shows me that the same application is launched multiple times, which is causing the performance drops, I have just completely reset my computer to factory settings, but this problem still hasn't gone away, I would be very grateful if someone could help me solve this frustrating problem.I will also add that in browsers, regardless of whether it is Opera Chrome or any other,

Spotify

I have just discovered two Spotify entries in the StartUp list in Task Manager.
However there is no trace of Spotify elsewhere in the system.
I went through the registry and deleted every reference to Spotify that could find, although some refused to be deleted.
That made no difference.
The store shows that Spotify is installed. Which is strange.
However I found an entry in the Apps list in Start Menu, clicked uninstall and that cleared the problem.

Ccleaner has a option to delete the entry, I was able to do that, I tested and removed Spotify from start up entry list.

I don’t think Spotify support would know where a startup entry in task manager would be located lol and how to delete it without uninstalling the app !
