Windows 10: Why does the Windows 11 screen glitch when trying to open certain photos?

Why does the Windows 11 screen glitch like blink black screen multiple times and a temporary black screen as well with pixelation and then finally cause the whole screen to permanntly maximize its zoom with full brightness when trying to open certain photos? The only way to solve this is to restart or shut down the PC. Could it be a corrupted file issue or incompatibility due to file type? I think it was either a Canon or Kodiak picture but I can'trecall exactly.

glitching screen and glitching videos

Recently my laptop screen started to freckle\glitch while playing videos either on the internet or on my laptop so I followed steps suggested as to uninstall and re-install the graphics update however, it happened again not so long after I did that (1 day later) and I fixed the display and so it stopped but the videos appear to be glitched? like I could see the RGB (there is a color stroke that appears ONLY while watching videos and I tried to take a screenshot and while trying to trim the photo I found it looking normal so it's only via videos

I'm using HP ENVY Laptop - DESKTOP -LUQEG7V

 

Photos and images not opening on windows 11

This one works for me but I added this steps:

On Search Bar type %temp% (it will open temporary files) just hit ctrl +A and then delete all

because after following the steps above still didn't work so I did this additional steps and it work!

I suggest you to try right clicking the photos thumbnail and choose the Windows Photo app under “open with” folder.

If the issue is with Windows Photo app, I suggest you to try the below given method and check if it is resolved:

Method 1:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Windows Store app.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

If issue persist kindly follow the below given method

Method 2:

If issue persist, kindly follow the steps and check if it works. The below steps will reset the Windows store cache.

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter

Restart the Photos app, check if issue is resolved.
