Windows 10: Why does the XP Pen Artist 12 second gen driver keep taking me to Play Store on my Windows...

Every time I download the XP Pen Artist 12 second gen driver, I keep getting taken to the Play Store where it then asks if I want to switch out of S mode. I really want to be able to use my pen display properly, but I have no idea what to do.

Windows 11 and XP-PEN Artist 22 Pro incompatibility (solved!)

Okay. Finally, I have a fix for this. There is a temporary fix I figured out, but also a permanent fix. The problem is caused by the Esc key and old firmware.

1. Temporary fix. Use Microsoft PowerToys Keyboard Manager to disable the Esc key. This is what is actually causing the problem.
   
2. Permanent fix. Request a Firmware update from XP-Pen for the Artist 22 Pro. To run the firmware update, I would suggest disabling Esc key, then running update, then re-enabling Esc key.

,y xp pen artist 22e pro isnt recognixing my tablet even though i see a mirror image on my drawing tablet. yet when i run the software for the xp pen it says to connect the device first but it is already connected. where is a firmware to fix this problem
