why is there no way to even tell if i am using a real microsoft account when nothing works half the time even with endless reinstalls...apps wont uninstall, settings are greyed out...services.msc cannot be stopped, apps in firewall settings cannot be removed...find my device constantly points to homes in a bad neighborhood even when all location settings are set to on and find.....do not bother responding if you are not an official verifiable microsoft employee with a verifiable physical address or do they just NOT exist to help customers?

    :)

    verify credentials asked after startup

I will post in office forum but want to clarify first. This occurs when I have no office documents open so is it still an Office issue to post in their forum? But OneDrive is automatically on when I start.

No two step verification is not on. I sign in / out many times a day from desktop/laptop and didn't want two step every time. From your comment I think if my device is trusted I don't have to two-step verify each time?

MOST importantly the "verify" option is not available or I don't know where it is. Because the window that opens when asked to verify credentials doesn't have that option (see my original question/comments).

    thank YOU
