  1. Why does this happen and should I be worried?

I recently installed my old gtx 960 4gb graphics card in my pc again after it was put in the box from a rainbow artifact incident that I found out was a driver issue, everything runs fine with stress tests and no crashes but almost every time I boot up, type in my password in the sign in screen this happens. The black part of the image below shows the sign in screen background that gets stuck on the screen, but goes away after I right click refresh.I'm worried this is a sign my gpu will start dying, but I can't seem to find anyone with similar issues.Other specs is h81m-p33 MB, i5-4590 and 2x8

    :)

  4. Why does this happen and should I be worried?

    Should this bluescreen worry me?

Yes, technically it should still be there if you still experience Bluescreen after reset, if you don't experience any BSOD after reset that means it is now all good and nothing to worry about, however, if you still have that issue, I suggest following the steps I provided so that we can check the logs.
