Windows 10: Why does this pop up every time I start up my computer?

Any time I start up my computer this pop message shows up, I don’t know how to get rid of it and I know that I have all permissions on windows installer's. I’ve had windows 11 for sub 2 years now and this just started happening.

My computer does not automatically update time & date.

As per your concern, you have to make sure that your computer's time zone is correct. To do this, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the clock on the taskbar.
  
• From the pop-up menu, select Adjust date/time.
  
• Under Time zone, select the appropriate zone.
  
• Under Related Settings, select Additional date, time, & regional settings.
  
• On the pop-up windows, select Date and Time.
  
• Choose Change time zone, then select the appropriate time zone.
  
• Click OK.
  
• Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.

The slow start up on your computer may be caused by the update you installed. However, for us to fully identify the root cause, we need to gather additional information. Kindly answer the following:

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• are you getting any error messages when starting up your computer? If so, can you send us a screenshot? Make sure that you remove all personal information.
• What is the current version and build number of your computer? To get the information, kindly follow the steps below:
  • Click on the Start menu.
  • Type winver.
  • Press Enter.

In the meantime, we suggest that you boot the computer in Safe Mode. This will start your Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. Please follow the steps provided on this

link. Once in Safe Mode, kindly check if you will still experience the same issue.
