Windows 10: Why does update kb5011543 for W10 version 21H2 x64 based systems gets stuck on 20% for 2...

Why does Windows 10 version 21H2 x64 based systems quality update KB5011543 get stuck on 20% for 2+ hours, I'm thinking it's a waste of my time trying to install this update, please advise on what the problem is trying to install this update?

I followed the steps listed above. I still have the update stuck at 2%.

Can you help me fix it?

 

Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for W10 Version 1511 x64-based Systems (KB3167685)....won't install

In Windows Update, it states that the Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for W10 Version 1511 x64-based Systems (KB3167685)....and it is stuck on "preparing to install update 0%".

It has been stuck like this for a week. This stuck update has made my lappie a heavy paper-weight - the lappie is either too slow to respond to make it functionable or just simply unresponsive.

What a Pain!

 

KB4023057 Version 21H2 appears in Windows updater for a moment

In Windows Update KB4023057 Version 21H2 appears and it wants to downloading but stops immediately at 0% and disappears.
Under View update history the update appears as Successfully installed on 9/9/2021.

I can manually check for updates and the update appears again for 2 seconds.

I run the Windows 10 Update troubleshooter. Didn't found any issues. Wanted to uninstall the update but it isn't listed under Uninstall Updates in View Update History.

Not sure if relevant; As Optional quality update available is cumulative preview for 21H2 (KB5007253). Usually I don't install optional updates.

Any suggestions?
