Windows 10: Why does W10 is using 30-50% of my RAM without no software running ? :-/

I am sorry that this is such a common question... but I need help.

Why does W10 uses 30 to 50% on my RAM (8Gb) ? Its insane, just after restart I am already at 30% use of RAM... My install is just few months old, i formatted few times already. I have 50Gb empty space on 256Gb. I do a clean with spybot and malewarebytes.

I use my computer for :

- Indie games

- Adobe Lightroom (I am aware that LR min specs are 12Gb now... was 8Gb when I first bought this computer)

- Firefox

This is a pain because LR goes slow and I can't use firefox at the same time.

My computer :

Microsoft Surface Laptop (1)

i7 7660U 2.50Ghz

8Gb RAM

My RAM, and disk can only achieve 50% maximum

hi,

my computer is 8gb, I run a simulation software, and it really huge, but my ram can only achieve 40-50%, whatever the number softwares I run, my ram still cannot over 50%, and with a little lag. Can I make my ram usage over 50%, so that i can reduce my runing
time?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
