Windows 10: Why does W2K19 server blow other editions out of the water for speed

Hi folks I still can't understand this -- I'm lucky enough to have a copy of W2K19 server Data centre edition VL version so I can try this on a variety of devices -- even though it's at level 1809 - but still current - from my workplace. I fiddled around with it to make it operate as a "Desktop OS" --OK not something you normally do with servers - but why not try it. !!! Compared to current domestic versions of W10 it just blows away any comparable consumer edition of W10 -- what's in servers that makes them so fast compared with the standard desktop editions -- or what do they put in desktop editions that slows them down compared with the server ones. I've installed the OS on identical hardware to what I had various W10 systems on so it's obviously not a hardware limitation. I know a lot haven't got time to try and turn a server into a workstation --it's a bit fiddly too -- but I was totally amazed by W2K19 server. I use Linux as a server and was always a bit skceptical of an OS like Windows as a server but seems Ms has got something right here -- so PLEEEEEEEASE Ms get W10 performance up to W19K server editions. !!!!! Here's an image of W2K19 server running as a desktop first as a VM to test it. Even spider solitaire from W7 works on it. !! I then did V2P (Virtual to Physical) conversion so I could run on a Windows Real machine and also made a portable bootable external Win2Go USB disk as well -- see the Virtualisation section for methodology on how to do that. W2K19 Server - No HP printer drivers

I'm running a W2K19 server as a Virtual machine - and trying to install an HP MFP M28-31 series Laser printer.

Ms detected the printer and I can print without a problem but that's all -- no scanning etc. I logon to the HP website - it detects the OS bizarrely as W10 X-64 but their software fails with "Os not supported". Same thing happens if I try and use the W2K16 server version.

These are quite new printers and there's almost no drivers at all on HP site for W2K19 server -- now I don't know about how most organisations run central (or dept) printing systems but I would have thought using a server to share a printer should be "Normal".

Of course if you logon to W10 and set the thing to shared printing it works - you have tio install all the printer stuff on the "remote W10" machine - a bit of a nuisance for loads of PC's which might logon to the server itself via "Virtual Desktop Infrastructure" anyway or what if you need to work on the server locally. Scanning and saving to a network directory is also a requirement I would have thought pretty mandatory in most offices.

(Since W2K16 server is due to be replaced by W2K19 and W2K22 servers I'm surprised that HP haven't got their act together -- most things I've installed on W2K19 server have been bog standard W10 apps and they all work without a problem so how much work is it for HP to fix this).

Oh dear Ms whats the point of Ms Games on a SERVER !! (W2K19)

Ok you can add desktop experience to W2K19 server but I really don't see why games should be added automatically on to a professional server -- perhaps the servers at Ms are these days busy because people playing Spider solitaire on them !!!

Nothing wrong with playing things like spider solitaire --great at boring meetings etc but shouldn't this stuff be better left to standard Windows on users own laptops.

(You can of course use W2K19 server as a desktop - but in that case it should be up to you to choose what to install - as I've added some apps myself in the screenshot below. I certainly didn't want the Ms games !!!).
