Windows 10: Why does window lover sound of my music when I chage windows, and how can i turn it off?

I am currently on windows 10 pro 22H2. I use spotify desktop for listening to music. The problem is that for certain occasions, in I switch windows, like if im in chrome searching on 15 volume, and i go back into spotify, it brings back the volume to 4. What can I do to stop it? It is very upsetting.

Windows XP theme music, can it be changed?

Control panel > Sounds and sound devices > Sounds
There select Start windows or Windows logon and Stop windows or windows logoff and select a sound file to play in that scenario. Browse through the list and you'll see many points at which you can select a sound to play.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
