    Ok,... so I've gone to UUP dump & got their latest Windows 10 Build 19045.3513 ISO,... & manually upgraded my system to this new build,...Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 19045.3513 amd64 So after it completed perfectly, Windows updates the auto crazy stuff offers their KB5030300 update,... but this was already built-in to this OS so why the offer all over again when I've got it & also it should only be offered to Windows Insiders as KB5030300 is a,...W/in Windows 10 the auto Windows Update2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Syste

    Manually installed updates keep being offered by Windows Update

    I have installed the following updates manually, downloaded them directly from Microsoft Catalog site.

    • Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3139907)
    • Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3140768)
    • Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3144756)
    However, after they have been successfully installed, Windows Update keeps offering them again, as if they weren't installed yet.

    Is this a known issue?

    Why does Windows Update keep offering manually-installed updates?

    How can I remove them from Windows Update's update list so that it won't download them over and over again?

    Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

    As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.

    Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

    i've seen this when the stock USB drivers went kaput. Only ever seen it once - i used a PCI USB 2.0 card and connected the mouse and keyboard to that, and manually updated the USB 2/USB 3 drivers.
