Windows 10: why does Windows 11 not support the AMD 7 2700U it supports the 2700

I see on the Chip compatibility list that the AMD 7 2700 is supported but not the AMD 7 2700U ?What make this chip incompatible?

Not all AMD Processors Support 'XP Mode' in Windows 7

I know someone has said this already, but "Not all AMD Processors Support 'XP Mode' in Windows 7" suggests it is an AMD only problem. Not true.

Better to change the title "Not all processors support..." and then give examples.

Most Intel Atom processors DO NOT support VT
VIA? Maybe none of them...
AMD...

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
