Windows 10: Why does Windows 11 startup always follow a different procedure?

Why does Windows 11 startup always follow a different procedure? Once the screen cover appears, you don't know what's next; when during the process you'll be able to sign in. And sometimes thank god not often you are not even presented with the password box. Not a big deal, but it's annoying, so after more than 3 years like this in different computers, I'm really tired of it. I wonder if there's something I can do about this. Thanks in advance for any help.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The "Remote procedure call" error might be displayed when a service called upon by Windows is not responding. Do you get the error message even after you restart the PC, I would recommend you to boot the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue
persists.
